I hate that problem, have had it myself too. Those systems always seem to find exactly the wrong things to check.

Another classic is when you get declined access to, say, a banking site because your IP’s geo information for some reason doesn’t flag it as a UK address, despite you in fact being connected in the UK.
Better or worse than the days of declining users based on their browser, resolution, or scripting preferences?
